Framework Contracts

PEMconsult is involved in several Framework Contracts either as the consortium-lead company or as a partner for clients like the EU, GIZ, DSIF, FCDO, Council of Europe and EIB. The consortia in which we are involved comprise recognised consulting firms with complementary fields of expertise and geographical focus. At PEM’s headquarters in Copenhagen, we manage the implementation of short-term assignments in a wide range of technical and methodological fields. This includes providing support to individual experts and responding to Requests for Services, as well as ensuring that all contractual, technical, and financial matters are delivered at high quality and within agreed timelines.

Both PEM partners and the external consultants that work with us are recommended as qualified experts within the consortium to bid on tenders and contracts for the various clients.
