European Investment Bank

PEM is part of two separate framework contracts with the European Investment Bank:
1) Multiple Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services to support the Evaluation Division within the EIB Group: Team Leading Services.
This framework is intended to support the EIB’s Operations Evaluation Division (EV) in evaluating the performance, results, and impacts of the Bank’s strategies, policies, and operations.
PEM is the sole participant.

2) Framework Agreement to Support EIB Advisory Services (EIBAS).
This framework covers technical assistance, feasibility studies, project preparation, implementation support, and capacity building for projects financed by the EIB.

PEM participates as a consortium partner in Lot 6: Bioeconomy.

Lot 6: Bioeconomy

The Lot 6 consortium is led by VM Europe SRL (Belgium) and includes other European companies, creating strong partnership with complementary thematic and geographic expertise.

The timeframe of this lot is from 2023 to 2027. The geographical scope covers EU Member States and the countries in which the EIB operates.

The services include bioeconomy related advisory support, which means assistance to prepare, structure, evaluate and implement projects that involve biological resources, rural value chains and sustainable food or biomass systems.
