Privacy Policy
At PEMconsult A/S, we are comitted to protect personal data and this policy describes how we apply and protect personal data for website visitors, consultants and individuals that are connected with us. This policy is intended to meet the requirements of the EU Personal Data Regulation (GDPR), including especially Art.13.
Information we collect
We collect and use general information when you interact with us and when you visit our webpage. The personal data collected and used in PEMconsult is related to i) data of the Partners, Core-Consultants and Consultants; ii) the Consultants that are included in Contracts; and iii) the Employees. Any processing of personal data in our company is done by reference to the principles of legality, reasonableness and transparency. Personal data is collected solely for explicitly stated and legitimate purposes.
Automaticcally collected data
We are using a number of digital solutions based on different technologies for the purpose of ensuring user-friendliness and security. These technologies can automatically collect data to provide the best possible solution, either directly by us or by a third party on behalf of us. Information you provide
Examples of data that you actively submit are usually common and include name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. and most often come from:
Information we receive from you in connection with job opportunnites and tenders e.g. CVs (name, address, telephone numbers, email addresses etc.)
Contract related information herunder financial details. Payment details and bank account details
Information sent by e-mail
Information you share with us via social media

The data about Consultants can be made available to the organisations that PEMconsult collaborates with, including parters and organisations based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), as part of preparing EoIs and proposals. The EOIs and Proposals must inevitably contain CVs and personal information on agreed rates etc. These marketing documents must be shared with various partners as well as the Clients, also in some cases in Third Countries and the consent by the CV owners will clearly indicate this. PEMconsult is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of clients and partners to which we share Consultants CVs as part of proposals or contracting.
Storage time and delete policy
We only store information about you as long as we have a legitimate and reasonable basis for this.
All personal data will be deleted after 5 years after completion of the relationship.
You have the right to request insight, rectfrication and deletion of information, such as:

Correct your Personal data
Have your Personal data deleted
Restrict the use of your Personal data
Request and obtain the personal data concerning you in an electronic format (data portability)

We protect your personal data and have a set of internal rules on information and IT security.
