PEMconsult is involved in several Framework Contracts either as the consortium-lead company or as partner for client like EU, GIZ, DSIF, FCDO, Council of Europe and EIB. The consortia in which we are involved comprise recognised consulting firms with complementary fields of expertise and geographical focus. You can read more about the different framework agreements under ‘about’ and ‘framework contracts’.

At PEM’s headquarters in Copenhagen, we manage the implementation of short-term assignments in a wide range of technical and methodological fields. This includes providing support to individual experts while responding to Requests for Services, and smooth and timely management and quality assurance of all contractual, technical and financial issues.

Both PEM partners and the external consultants that work with us are recommended as qualified experts within the consortium to bid on tenders and contracts for the various clients.
