FCDO recently established a new Global Evaluation Framework Agreement (GEMFA) to ensure the provision of efficient and effective expert services for the design and implementation of monitoring and/or monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of programmes delivered by FCDO and other UK government departments.

PEM is a consortium member of the ‘Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement – GEMFA’ framework agreement lot 1:Monitoring and Lot 3: MEL.

Timeframe: 2023-2025 with possible extension.
