PEMconsult is pleased to welcome Malene Wiinblad as partner. She has worked with PEMconsult as associate consultant from 2008 – 2011 and again since July 2017. Malene Wiinblad, has as of November 8th officially become a partner in PEMconsult. Malene will particularly contribute with her 26 years of experience in climate change adaptation, energy planning, rural development and governance as well as increase assignments in Portuguese speaking countries. From December Malene will be based in Maputo in Mozambique and carry out her activities from there.
