PEM is currently evaluating five UNEP/GEF projects on developing the capacities of Multilateral Environmental Agreements (MEAs) in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cameroon, Haiti and St. Lucia.
These five projects were formulated in response to the National Capacity Self-Assessments (NCSA) and developed in line with the GEF-5 Cross-Cutting Capacity Development Strategy. The projects aimed to enhance the capacities of national institutions to respond better to international commitments concerning the implementation, monitoring and reporting of all SDGs with an environmental dimension. The evaluation team will assess the performance of projects following the evaluation criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability.
