Stéphanie R Oksen new partner in PEM

We are very happy to welcome Stephanie Robert Oksen as a partner! Stephanie holds a PhD in International Development Studies and she has 10 years of professional experience related to development cooperation and sustainability issues, with a main focus on sustainable and renewable energy, impacts of infrastructure development (energy and mining) and climate change mitigation. She is a native French speaker and has been based in Southeast Asia for seven years. She is currently team leader on PEMconsult’s assignment “Mid-Term Review of the Indicative Cooperation Programme ICP IV 2016-2020 between the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and Lao PDR”.
