Mid-Term Review/Evaluation of the Global Energy Transformation Programme (GET.pro)

Founded by the European Union (EU) and the member states Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Austria in 2018, the Global Energy Transformation Programme (GET.pro) is a multi-donor platform bundling European forces to jointly deliver on international energy and climate goals. GET.pro carries out catalytic and targeted actions in order to establish the necessary conditions for achieving the Paris Climate Agreement and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular on energy. PEMconsult is responsible for developing the overall evaluation methodology and carrying out the evaluation. PEM will provide the core team, including the Team Leader, thematic consultants, and regional experts. Data collection and analysis will be conducted by the team using Document analysis, interviews and surveys with relevant stakeholders. The final findings and recommendations of the evaluation will be compiled in a Finale Evaluation Report and presented to the Advisory Board of GET.pro.
