Ivan holds a Master of Science in Agricultural Development from the University of Copenhagen. He has over 7 years of experience in international development cooperation, with a focus on agricultural development, natural resource management, environmental sustainability, and climate change adaptation.
He has extensive experience in designing and conducting a wide range of evaluations, from project and programme levels to complex country, regional, global, and thematic evaluations based on OECD/DAC criteria. He is proficient in applying various qualitative and quantitative data collection and data analysis methods and tools and evaluation methodologies.
Ivan has worked with prominent clients such as the European Commission, the European Investment Bank, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, the Danish MFA, and the International Union for Conservation of Nature.
Ivan has worked in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Eswatini, Indonesia, Malawi, Montenegro, Nepal, Serbia, Tanzania, Thailand, and Zambia.
