The mid-term evaluation of the SIDA-funded ‘Smallholder Agricultural Reform through Enterprise Development’ (SHARED) Project in Zambia is currently being undertaken by PEM, in association with Niras/InDevelop and Ruralnet Zambia. The project aims to reduce rural poverty and promote livelihoods of farmers by strengthening the role of the private sector service provision to the farmers through a network of farm business advisors.
