Evaluation of the EU ‘Civil Society Organisations and Local Authorities’ programme

PEM is leading an evaluation of the European Union ‘Civil Society Organisations and Local Authorities’ Thematic Programme as part of the ADE/PEM/IRAM consortium. Nearly Euro 2 billion is under evaluation and the analysis will encompass both forward and backward-looking perspectives covering the period from 2014-2019. The programme is being implemented worldwide (118 countries) and the evaluation will address both accountability and learning. The core team of 6 experts will, in cooperation with regional and local consultants, conduct field work in 10 countries outside the EU covering broad geographical areas.
