PEMconsult was established in 1995 and is led by a number of partners that form the centre of operations. This base is constantly being strengthened by additional partners and by our close network of core consultants and associate consultants.
PEMconsult also co-operates with a range of consultancies, public sector enterprises and NGOs. We especially value cooperation with local consultants and have close networks and alliances with compatible organisations in countries of special interest for our field work.
As a multidisciplinary consulting company, PEMconsult’s resources include institutional, management and human resources specialists, economists and financial specialists, sociologists, anthropologists, geographers, engineers, foresters and agronomists.
PEMconsult has in the past 14 years carried out approximately 700 assignments in 70 countries in Africa, Asia and the Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.
